Cancellation policy Last updated: September 16th, 2026 Waitlist Email support@dreamcreate.ai and we will remove you. No charge, nothing to cancel. Plans (at launch) You can cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing support@dreamcreate.ai or using the account controls we provide at launch. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep the remaining period, then unused plan credits expire. There are no hidden trials and no charges after you cancel. Credits Unused credits stay on the account as prepaid usage for DreamCreate until you use them or they expire with the plan period. They are not cashed out when you cancel. We do not refund unused credits to the card unless the law requires it.
