Refund and dispute policy Last updated: September 16th, 2026 Waitlist Joining the waitlist is free. There is nothing to refund. Credits We sell prepaid usage credits for DreamCreate only. Credits are not cash, not a wallet, not transferable, and not redeemable with anyone else. A purchase is complete when the credits are added to your account. No cash refunds Unused credits are not refunded to the card except where the law requires it. Failed generations If a generation fails or is blocked, we automatically return only the credits that job spent. We do not reverse the original pack or plan charge. Completed generations If a file is returned, credits stay charged, including rerolls and results you do not like. Plans Subscription credits are included usage for that billing period. They expire at renewal and do not roll over. Cancel anytime; you keep the remaining period, then unused plan credits expire. Top-up packs, when offered, are prepaid usage. Disputes Email support@dreamcreate.ai. Card chargebacks are handled with evidence that credits were delivered.
